Today a client asked us for the Swift code so they could pay us. As a general rule most people ordering payments to India will know this code. Sometimes when you send money, bank staff may look them up for you so you may not be aware. The SWIFT Bank Identification Code is an internationally-recognized system of codes for identifying banks (see ISO 9362).
